Join food preservationist, Brie Wakeland, for a workshop on how to make a decadent galette for Valentine's Day.

Galette's are a type of golden, colorful, and indulgent French tart that could be topped with either sweet or savory fillings. Making a galette is often noted to be easier than making a pie so don't worry if you fear you are lacking in the culinary skills department! Brie will be showing you how to make a savory butternut squash with caramelized onion and goat cheese galette and a sweet caramelized apple galette with home made pie dough. Impress that special someone with this charming and elegant treat for Valentine's!
