During this difficult time, many of us seek to deepen our relationship with the natural world. We offer Forest Bathing, the Japanese-inspired practice of Shinrin Yoku, scientifically proven to boost immune strength, reduce stress, and improve cognitive functioning. On your walk, a certified guide will offer a series of guided invitations to assist you in finding your own authentic way of interacting with the land at the Los Angeles Arboretum.

To ensure a smooth entry, please have your e-ticket ready when you arrive. We do require the e-tickets to be scanned for reporting purposes and thank you so much for your understanding and patience. If you did not receive your e-ticket, please email education@arboretum.org.

Advance registration online is required.  The walk is limited to 15 to ensure proper social distancing.  Masks or face coverings are required during the garden walk.

*Please arrive 10 minutes before class to ensure you are not left behind!  Refunds will not be granted to registered guests who miss the event due to tardiness.
