*CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY: Our refund policy has changed! Arboretum Nature Camps are highly sought after programs. As such, we ask that you only register if you are confident your child can attend rather than registering as a placeholder for potential plans. While we understand some schedule changes cannot be avoided, taking a space when you know there’s potential for your plans to change deprives other families who are committed to attending of the opportunity to experience camp. Cancellations made up to two weeks in advance of the camp start dates will qualify for a refund minus a $50 penalty fee. Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance will only qualify for a refund if the space can be filled by someone on the wait list. The Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the program non-viable. If the Arboretum cancels a program, registrants will be offered a full refund. In the event any weeks are required to close due to public health concerns or mandates, refunds will be provided for the canceled dates.
